“sears repair is horrible!!!! Don't use it!!!”

I have been stood up by Sears, not able to get a new appointment for a week, and had my appointments canceled and moved without notice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SEARS REPAIR TO ANYBODY!!!! We have been without a washer and dryer for 30 days thanks to Sears.
