I purchased the GE Front Load Machine WCVH6800J1WW because of previous experience with front loaders and a good experience with a GE refrigerator. Although the washer does an adequate job on most loads, washing towels, bath mats or anything with weight presents serious problems. These items will not spin out and cause the washer to heavily vibrate and then items have to be removed and/or rearranged. The technicians have told me that only a few towels can be washed at a time and comforters.bath mats etc. cannot be washed. After paying $1000+ for a washer I should not have to take these everyday...
read full review »Sorry but repair could not fix nosie in dryer, after 4 visits they replaced it with a new one. Now the door hinge of washer is broken. Parts cost over $200.00. Will give away. Junk
