We looked for almost a year before choosing this washer and dryer. I love the dryer, it has a lot of room in it. I can dry two loads of towels in it at one time.

ok .. i bought the ge front loader with self dispenser in november 2008 since then it only gives me grief first it would not dispense softner .. then it won't dispense detergent .. got all that fixed in a timley manner ( thanks sears ) the last fixed it in november 2009 .. now.. the soap is not dispensing...

I own this machine in champagne, and I love it. I cut my towel loads from 4 to 2. My electric bill dropped $100.00 within 2 months of owning the set. Perfect for my family of 5.
I recently recieved a price match promise from Sears for a GE Washer and Dryer. But sadly they will not honor their printed price match. It is sad because I would really love to spend my money with Sears than somewhere else....Store manager in Reno, NV refused twice and customer service via the phone was no help either..What a waste of my time and energy!
