“Side by side refrigerator has a bad defroster”

GE Refrigerator/Freezer — 

I bought a GE side by side refrigerator 7 years ago and I have had to replace the defrost unit two times. All the food in the unit ruined both times because this unit is faulty. The last time I replaced it was a week ago. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
