LockedOpen Sesame!

I've noticed that Craftsman has garage door openers. They really do have every kind of tool out there! Does anyone know if they are all controlled by remotes? Are there any that use some other kind of device to magically (or not magically) open the door? Do any of them have sensors?

They've got a new Craftsman feature that reads "finger-prints".

No...

I am not joshing you!

My only question is; WHAT is in someone's garage that needs a finger-print reader?

:)

I forgot, one's workshop...

Its good for when you have your hands full and can't press alot of keys i suppose.

And seriously, who wouldn't want a finger print reader?  Its just too cool.  I want one that reads my retina and voice print.

I'd wager one is coming.

Throw in a verbal "stress" analyzer and you're set!

Yes.

I know.

Elmo is coming, SOON.

Sesame... Barney...

It's hard to tell which is more annoying.

Oh yes, I wonder what Elmo toy they'll come out with this holiday?  They've almost exhausted all the options.  They need something that fits the times.  What about Anti-depressent Elmo?  "Prozac make Elmo Happy, hehe"

We used a broomstick handle with the Barney Pinyatta on one of my daughter's birthday parties.

"Just use... your imagination."

That's it! Hit Barney again! He wants to give you ALL... the candy.

It was a wonderful right-of-passage.

And, that Barney candy tasted so SWEET!

Since 1993 all residential garage door openers are required to have safety sensors. As far as things that will open your door magically. There are remotes, wireless keypads, biometric keypads (the fingerprint thing,) Homelink (the remote built into your car, switch keys (a key you can turn that will trip the garage door opener,) the wall button that is wired into your garage door opener mounted inside your garage, wireless wall buttons, clicking your heals three times (but this only works if you are pressing a remote at the same time.) I'm sure there are more.

There are no less than THREE Elmos up on the temporary toy shelf!

But, we've got the Christmas Manger, playing loud holiday music, to drown-out any of the talking Elmo's.

Don't we all lol. Perhaps we should visit Q and 007 for those hahaha.

Actually they have fingerprint readers at Universal Studios Florida on the lockers at the Men In Black Ride.

I've got a special security "reader".

My two dogs.

The equivalent sensor would be called a smell-o-meter...
