Just purchased the Deep Seating Set as well as the matching 7 piece table and chairs.
Excellent quality and minor assembly was easy.
2 comments. It is amazing how much was in a box and how big the boxes were. The store did not suggest delivery. You need a big!!! pickup to get this stuff home.

Very nice set, though it doesn't much look like the table and chairs in the "matching" patio dining set. If you wait (or get the 30 day price match deal) this set will only set you back $499 - If you wait. It will go on sale for $200 off constantly through out the Summer. However if you wait you can...

I just purchased two sets of the furniture and just love it. It is of wonderful quality and looks very rich. The furniture went on sale for $499 a set and so by the advice of a previous review, we waited until the sale price hit that level. Thanks for the money saving advice! Also, I can't say enough about the sales person and his manager having been of great assistance in the delivery and loading process. A real team effort that deserves 10 stars! The furniture was well packed, no damage or scratches and all parts were there. We are very pleased. Thanks Sears!
We bought the table with chairs and seating set. They were easy to assemble and looks good. The two sets really don't look like they go together except for the back of the chairs. My biggest complaint is that the back cushion does not attach to the chair. Any little wind and the cushions are falling off. Does anyone else have this problem?
I bought this set over the Memorial Day weekend along with a set of nesting tables that match the set. It definitely looks more expensive than what I paid for it and is very comfortable. I looked at the wicker set Sears was selling and found it to be too deep seated for a normal person so I took a chance and bought this set without the benefit of seeing it in the showroom. I love it!
No problem with the cushions that another buyer had. The coffee table is higher than most which I like also.
This set is very stylish and guests have been surprised at the price I paid for the set. I didn't notice the puckering that the other reviewer noticed? If you have a dog - take caution b/c ours thought the little accessory pillows were a toy and destroyed one.
Overall, I'm glad I chose these and would recommend them to a friend.
So far, so good. The only thing that need assembled was the coffee table. Everything else just needed unpacked. I only gave it 4 stars because the cushions show some wrinkles as if the stuffing was packed in just right. I don't think anyone would notice but me, but I am picky :-) They are comfy, and I just had my first party and everyone loved the new set. I got the bench as well, and I'm glad I did.
This is a fantastic patio set., Materials are top-notch. If you can get it at the current price (399.00) this would be a steal! We purchased it more than 30 days ago but was still able to price-match it thanks to the wonderful sears customer service representative that helped me.
these chairs are fantastic. So incredibly comfortable and worth the $550 I paid. It was a real pain trying to get the set in my truck.
We purchased this set back during the Memorial Day sales.
The loveseat frame came out of the box damaged, so we contacted the company as instructed in the packaging. They were very responsive and sent a replacement peice right away. However, they sent the wrong piece.
The set was then out of stock at the manufacturer so we had to wait over a month for it. But when the loveseat frame arrived, it was damaged as well - the whole arm was bent and snapped right off - poor welding.

This product is excellent when you get it on sale. the metal frames are light weight but sturdy. The seating is very comfortable and although the back cushions don't have velcro, if you want you can get some at your local hardware store and put it on the back of the cushion it will remain hidden. I got it for $478. It was one of the best decision I made this year.
I purchased the Garden Oasis 4 pc. Deep Seating Set, River Stone Collection in May of 08. The table leg had two screw holes that were not completely threaded. I contacted Agio as directed in the instructions included in the box. After months and months of trying to get a replacement the tell me there is a problem at the factory in China and that I should contact Sears for a refund. Sears of course tells me it's to late that I should have returned the table right way. The set is not worth the time or money
The cushions are not as soft as other patio furniture made by Garden Oasis but they are acceptable. The entire set feels rather sturdy despite it being lightweight.
I did have one small problem. There are supposed to be 2 loveseat seat cushions and 2 chair seat cusions in the box but I found 3 chair cushions and one loveseat cushion. The cushions are slightly different in size and shape so it did not make for a good fit.
I contacted the toll-free customer service number that was provided (save your packing slips and inspection cards until you determine everthing is OK) and I received a new loveseat...

I love this set and think it's a great great value. One question I had. Is this fabric sunbrella fabric? Is it fade resistant? Anyone know?
All in all, very happy with this purchase so far
We just purchased this set and we simply adore everything about it: The look, the construction and the ease of unplacking it. It's wonderful! There is one small problem. Our "baby" black labrador ate one of the cushions and WE CANNOT FIND A REPLACEMENT CUSHION ANYWHERE. Sears doesn't know where to get one and we cannot find one through the internet. If anyone can find a source for these cushions, please post it here. Otherwise we may have to buy another full set for the cushions alone!
