“Expensive looking, comfortable chairs”

Comes with 2 boxes, one for the table and one for all the chairs. I was amaze how small the package were. The chair comes in 3 main pieces, 2 braces and some 12 bolts. Once put together, it is very sturdy. Looks great, comfortable to seat on.

“Poor Manufacturer's Customer Service”

I purchased this set 9+ weeks ago. When one of the pieces was found defective during assembly, I contacted the manufacturer, Sunjoy Industries, for a replacement component. After waiting 6+ weeks for the manufacturer to receive service parts, I finally received a replacement part...the wrong one. It has now been 10 weeks since my original purchase and I still have not received the replacement part! I would have taken the set back weeks ago if it wasn't so heavy and I had a truck to transport it in. On the positive side, I really like the style of the set.
