Great Gazebo!!

I set this up on Good Friday as we were having people over for Easter. I looked all over at different stores looking for a 10x12 that looked more like a Gazebo rather than a tent. This one is beautiful. The decorative arches and added poles make this stand out from the others. It is also about 12x11... read full review »

Bottom line up front: if you have to deal with Sun Joy Industries for replacement parts you might as well buy two so you have parts on hand or more realistically purchase a different gazebo. I purchased the Garden Gazebo L-GZ212PST a year and a half ago. Since then I am on my third replacement canopy. It is very poor material and contruction. Also, due to rusting of the frame, I called the company to order replacement parts. It took over 7 months to get the desired parts, we had to communicate via e-mail directly to the factory in China, and never fully received the parts we ordered. Don't be surprised...

Piece O' ****

If you live where there is no wind or otherwise inclimate weather, this thing might be an option. But the fact is this: the wind blows and so does this gazebo.

I got this thing setup on my back deck. It was gorgeous. I pictured us eating BBQ'd chicken and drinking iced tea beneath it. Then a spring rain came...not a tornado or hurricaine...heck we live in Kentucky! It was just a normal rain...and this thing turned into a giant kite. The dinky aluminum poles twisted and bent as the canopy filled with wind. I went beneath the deck and carefully tied the thing down the best I could, but to no avail....

Horrible

It was the worst decision we made by purchasing this gazebo. The gutter is always filled with leaves and other debris and the rain water does not drain properly. Therefore, the rain water sits on top of the canopy forming huge water pockets. In addition to that the posts are starting to rust after only owning the gazebo a little over a month. This gazebo was not worth the price for the quality. I do not recommend anyone purchase this gazebo.

Higgins Gazebo

One of the nicer gazebos available in stores. It is worth the money. A little challenging to put together, but I did it myself (49 y.o. F) with the help of 4 guys to lift the top. The gazebo was on order and I waited almost a month, but it did arrive on the day promised. I think over time the posts will rust, and I hope I can get a replacement top if needed. The packaging information wasn't the most informative. It recommends removing the canvas canopy but doesn't tell you how. But still an awesome gazebo, and I highly recommend it. The canvas is durable and blocks UV, the mosquito netting is so... read full review »

Review of gazebo

Needed to get a new gazebo and after doing a lot of research decided on this gazebo. It just fit in my ford explorer and it probably would have been better to get it with a pickup truck. For the most part it was easy to put together. The directions were OK. You start by putting the top together. It is best to be on a flat surface and if you start it correctly it is a 1 person operation. But the more the better. You only need multiple people for a few minutes to put the top on the corners. The poles are very well built. Overal construction is very good. I have anchored it into the concrete and it... read full review »
