I purchased this patio set for my daughter's new house. We viewed the display in the store and we felt that it was top quality compared to the patio sets on display. We liked the fact that it was sturdy, rust resistant, and the chairs were so comfortable. The set looks fantastic under her patio and everyone that sees it wants to know where it came from.
I strongly advise you to buy this product!
I was looking for patio furniture on line for about 2 months. I wanted to make sure I checked all my options before purchasing a set. I bought one elsewhere on line which they said was in stock yet to receive an e-mail 5 minutes later stating it was on backorder. I once again got my laptop out checked Sears...I liked alot of their sets on line and decided to call Sears in St. Charles IL. Brian, the manager helped me for about 30 minutes over the phone. read full review »Very nice set for the price, love the stone insets in the table. Easy to follow assembly instructions.Should serve our needs on the deck perfectly. Did not purchase umbrella. Comes with touch-up paint if finish becomes scratched, but ours looked great out of the box.
We bought this set on-line and picked up in the local store. We really liked the design as well as the table being glass free. When we assembled it that afternoon, we realized that the two swivel chairs were missing the necessary nuts and bolts.
I called the store the next morning and spoke with the departmnet manager Andy Hanson. Without hesitation he said just bring the two chairs back and we will replace them with the ones on the floor that were fully assembled. We went there right away and I met Andy in the daprtment and he had one of his people load the chairs for us right away.

read full review »I purchased this table a week before 4th of july on the internet and was scheduled for a pick up at a sears store. Of course, my order was not complete. The umbrella base I had purchased was not at the store and had to purchase a different one. They didnt know if they had the chairs in stock, but after an hour, the manager finally found the box. I must say the table is small for a six seater. I previously owned a 4 seater table which was the same size as this table. Otherwise, it is a beautiful table and solid. The cushions are very comfortable and dry quickly after becoming wet. ...
