“Nice basic unit”

Garmin Nuvi 205 3.5" Touchscreen GPS Navigation System — 

As a first time GPS owner, I wasn't sure what to expect, nor did I really know what features I wanted in a GPS unit. This Nuvi 205 has given me a positive first impression of the technology. It does what it does very well. Only one time in the first month did I do a double take on an incorrect left-right instruction that it may have given incorrectly. The routing has not been flawless. However, I attribute that to the mapping information provided that must be out of date. The hardware and touchscreen are of good quality. The menu navigation is simple and user friendly. Overall, this is a good starter model.
