This is our first navigation unit. We absolutely love it. Took us to every destination we wanted in Texas, where we vacationed. Only a few small blips. While driving to Houston, TX a managed to hear the text to voice two times. I have been driving in the Houston area for almost two weeks now and can no longer receive an audio signal. We live in a rural area approximately 70 west of the Twin Cities in Minnesota. When traveling to the metro area, the GPS took us all over the cities. It eventually did get us to our destination, but I was very disappointed with the route it chose to use. Then on our return home, it did the same thing. It was almost as if the GPS did not contain the updates (roads/areas that have been constructed 2 years ago were missing in the garmin). My feeling is that if I purchased this product and paid this kind of money fot it that it should be updated. Thanks
