When I first purchased my Gateway Laptop, I got it for working at home operating a vacation cabin rental company. It was very user friendly and easy to operate. I like the added features of a built in webcam, the widescreen, ease of operating the well defined keys, and lighted function keys. I've had it over a year now and have had no problems with it at all. Its been very reliable and is holding up well, even when I take it to various businesses and use wifi.
