I've been with Geico for a very long time now and they are very easy and helpfull, although having a ticket affects your premium, if you've been good for 5 years, there a great insurance company to be with................
excellent customer service and when i told them I wanted to leave they lowered my premium by 250 dollars
State Farm and Geico gave me the most competitive quotes with State Farm being slightly lower than Geico.
However when I called the two companies, State Farm customer service was slow and they gave me a quote which was different from their online quote. Compared to them Geico customer service was polite, they did not transfer me multiple times and their quote was the same as their online quote. Their swiftness in completing the transaction and faxing me the documents helped me to get a car quickly and efficiently.
I am reviewing the Geico Insurance company, I use them for homeowners and for car insurance. I have used them for about a year and a half now and I am very pleased with their services.
I love Geico, I think they are a great company, I love everything from their prices, to tv ads, to their newsletter. They do great things for the community and provide a great service to governemnt employees. the on-line services are excellent and they are open 24 to speak with a live person. I refer them to everyone I know!
