My daughter just recently started on solids and Gerber is the only brand she eats. From gerber rice cereal to Stage 1 Gerber 1st foods. I like the packaging and how easy it is to store left overs. I haven't found many flavors for Stage 1 but she likes a few of the flavors that I have found.
Gerber has been my #1 choice for baby food for all four of my children. I can trust them to give me high quality, nutritious baby food that my child will enjoy. I've tried other brands and I've found that Gerber offers such a great product at an affordable price.
I started with gerber rice cereal for my four month old.she seemed to like it.
Its easy to make.
Although i am not happy with its packaging.Bcos there is no tight seal.
You will have to use something to pack it well to keep it air dry.
and then you would need your own measuring spoon too.
Gerber Baby Food has come a long way since Mrs. Dan Gerber decided to strain all the peas at once and can them.. .
Gerber 2nd foods organic apples and sweet potatoes are USDA certified, yummy, and just sweet enough to get the baby to try yams without drowning it in sugar.
There are new plastic 2 packs tha boast "as healthy as fresh" and have plastic square cartons that fit neatly in the fridge door and snap shut. The Rice Cereal comes in the old familiar box, but also a shiny new carton with a better lid, and DHA added to support brain development. You start out making it rather thin and work your...

Gerber second foods have really improved since I had my daughter six years ago, and now with 7 month old twin boys, they have won me over again. With additions of pureed foods (also some organic) such as mango, guava, and the DHA enhanced fruit/ cereals and veggie rice cups, not only is Gerber giving discerning babies more choices, but keeping healthy minds and body priority number one. The only disappointment (if you want to call it one) is the fact that my boys had to wait to start with the second foods to have the vast variety of choices. Unfortunately, it is still the basics with the first...

i really like the gerber line of baby food, especially the organic ones. i used to give my daughter carrot, peas, greenbeans, sweet potato and banana. also they have a couple of really great mixed veggies with spinach and other superveggies. i gave her more veggies than fruit because i didn't want to start her with sweet food first. the portions are good and the packaging is very smart... you can just feed out of the container, which is also great for storing leftovers... no more digging out of glass jars!!
