I think Gilad is one of the best Fitness Instructors there is out there. He makes fitness fun and takes care not to over do it if you are a beginner.
Gilad is easy to listen to and his step by step instructions, I find are easy to follow. I have just about all of his videos. I used the Step and Tone for years, as I did most of his videos.
Even if you are advanced in fitness training, his segments are up for the challange. I recomend Gilad to everyone, no matter what video of his you choose. You will not be disapointed.
