The Golden Girls is quite possibly one of my all-time favorite television shows. Each individual character is funny, but when they interact with eachother it is absolute comic GOLD. How appropriate! Dorothy is my favorite character, followed by Sofia, Rose, and Blanche. My favorite episode is probably the pilot -- I love to see how the actresses interpreted the roles when the show first started and how they remained consistent all the way to the end of the series. I would definitely recommend adding this to your DVD collection.
I wish they made more television shows like Golden Girls. The women are wonderful actresses and the storylines are the best. My favorite is Dorothy - love how she tells it like it is with her dry sense of humor. I am really enjoying watching all my favorite episodes over and over and I don't think I will ever get tired of it!
I grew up watching reruns of Golden Girls and fell in love with the humor! I gotta say this will always be one of the favorite shows for years to come!
I've always loved watching this. I would recommend this to everyone. This is one of the best tv series of all time.
Okay, so I'm not the 'typical' Golden Girls fan or at least I dont fit the mold. But this has to be one of my all-time-favorite tv shows. I have a hard time deciding which character/actress is my favorite (although if I had to choose one to save my life, it'd probably be Dororthy/Bea Arthur).
The chemistry is remarkable; the timing is impeccable! I love the way Dororthy always does the "double take" stare at Rose whenever Rose makes one of her dizzy observations.

the golden girls is a great sitcom for all ages. something the whole family can wach together i grew up waching them and i still wach them they never get old. (no pun intended)
