Doesn't Work

I recieved this swing as a gift and loved it until it was put together. The toy bar is so high that your infant will never be able to see it. The motor worked great until I put my 7 pound baby in it. Apparently he was too heavy. I called Graco costumer service who said that they would send me a new motor at no charge, but it would take 2 weeks since it wasn't in stock because the swing was so new. After 3 weeks, I returned the swing for another brand. I'm glad I did because 12 weeks later I still have not recieved the part. Everything else I own is Graco-made and I have no complaints, but this is one Graco item that I would never purchase or recommend.
