I always prefer the upright seats 'cause most babies like to see whats around them. When they're on their backs tilted back so far they can only see the ceiling. I recieved this swing as a gift and loved it until it was put together. The toy bar is so high that your infant will never be able to see it. The motor worked great until I put my 7 pound baby in it. Apparently he was too heavy. I called Graco costumer service who said that they would send me a new motor... review »

Worth its weight in gold for a tired mom and fussy infant who both need sleep. If your baby is collicky, he/she will likely love this swing. It is easy to move from room to room and baby can be safely secured in with great head support. Both stimulating AND soothing for baby.

I just put the baby gets in and set the timer and he is content he likes the little toys on top. The music puts him and me right to sleep! He hates to get out. I like the removable seat so I can carry him around.Overall a good product.
