I had back surgery last year to correct a herniated disk that was pinching my sciatic nerve. It flared up a couple of weeks ago. I always wanted to try an inversion table and I finally had a reason to get one. Had it a week now and can feel the difference already. just wish it had better instructions on body position on where to be on the table but other than that excellent product excellent stretch.
I am 48 years old and have been through many Chiropratic treatments to try and relieve the pain in my lower back from a re-occuring bulging disc. I seen this inversion table at Kmart and I decided to try it. After my Chiropractor told me I may need to start with traction and PT to relieve my lower back and leg pain I thought why not try this first! Amazing Results! Within 3 days I started to feel much less pain, within one week all I have left is stiffness. Stretching out twice a day and I am a new woman. This was one of the gifts I gave my husband for Valentines Day. He has a broken vertebrate in his back, and he said this would help him. He stretches every day on it. He loves it. He put it together in 20 minutes. He loves that he doesn't have to go to the gym to use one.
Only had this a few days and find it feels great. I added a pad so the bar under the back is more comfortable. Time will tell how well it works for my failed spinal fusion.
Easy to use and not that difficult to set up. Note that there is a bar (can't see in the pictures because it's under the back rest) that sits right on the pelvis and can be a little uncomfortable. I've never tried any other models, so they all might have that for all I know.
I was in horrible pain from 2 slipped disks in my lower back. My chiropractor, said I would most likely benefit from an inversion table. Bought this table, and it is nothing short of a miracle. 6 friends from my park came over to try it out and have bought their own. I use it 5 min. in the morning and five mins. in the evening, at a 60 degree angle.
