HSBC Auto Finance —
I had the opportunity to refinance a vehicle through HSBC Auto Finance. I got a lot better rate and a lower payment. Those were the only good things I got.
I also got daily phone calls reminding me of my payment date. Daily calls reguarding other services HSBC offers. Weekly calls asking me if my payment would be on time. Weekly calls asking if I wanted to use any other services they offered.
I finally got so tired of it I called them to surrender the vehicle. They still havent come to get it and its been 3 months.
This is what they get. Daily reminders to come get the vehicle. Daily calls saying I am charging them storage fees. Weekly calls telling them they still havent come to get the vehicle. Weekly calls telling them how much they owe me for storing a vehicle for them.
