First I like the fact that they are tough. I think they are good and durable the leather cleans up nice if you have to clean them. My feet get sweaty and stick, but I put gold bond powder in them and they smell fine. They look good with black, blue, brown jeans and coveralls. they keep the water out and are pretty warm in the winter. They are great for working the farm and clean up easy with a high pressure psi nozzle. I bet I will get me another pair just in case they change the look. Girls notice them I can tell you that. When I hear the words "Harley-Davidson", I think Motorcycles and Rugged Black Leather's. It's a classic American combination like Baseball and Hot Dogs. Even if you don't own a Harley-Davidson, that's no big deal, Sears has a line of Harley-Davidson branded boots that are certain to bring attention to your feet and make you a topic of conversation in the office with questions like "Where's Your Harley?" or "Are You Making That Trip To Sturgis?"

Just like a Harley, these boots are comfortable and wear great! I do a lot of riding and consequently a lot of walking at biker meets, the Harness boots I use to wear weren't very foot friendly for doing any kind of distance walking, but these boots are perfect for walking around for a couple of hours in over all kinds of terrain.
I've been wearing these boots for some years now, I'm on my 5th or 6th (maybe more) pair, and I just ordered two more. Overall they are a good plain vanilla boot, much like men have worn for the past century, just boots.
They don't really have any fancy impact absorbing design like most of the new work boots or hikers do, but at the same time the fact that they don't gives you a more direct feel and feedback from the road. I wear mine all day everyday and have found that if you're working the dock or jumping up down out of cabs etc, you'll start getting "shocking" through your feet and joints....
