I am interested to see if anyone has used Dr. Scholl's? If so, what was your experience.

I don't think I need to wear them, but I just want to make sure that I am not missing out on something special.

Thank you!

I've tried several kinds of insoles for certain shoes. I really only recommend using them if your shoes don't offer the kind of cushioning you need. Of course, the best thing to do is to get shoes that feel right in the first place.

If you have foot/ankle/knee issues, custom orthotics may be in order, but usually separate insoles shouldn't be necessary.

I think it's also good to get Dr. Scholl's or similar products if your shoes aren't a perfect fit.  I have in-between, oddly sized feet and often insoles are what make a shoe a more comfortable fit.

Have you checked out the Dr. Scholl's Fitness Walkers?  They are the new toning athletic shoe.  I recently bought a pair - mostly to wear running errands, walking the dogs, etc. and I really like them!  After wearing them all day, my hamstrings and calves really feel it.
