Herbal Essences long term relationship and also the long and strong varieties are great for my hair. I used to experience breakage, right at the earlobe level. I started using Herbal Essences by Clairol and found it very gentle.
It is a good idea to vary your shampoo and conditioner routine once every 14 days for optimal shine and to avoid product buildup. I find that the Herbal Essences Long and Strong makes my hair shaft appear thicker, withstand heat and brushing, and tangle up less. You can find it at KMart.
I have long hair, so it is harder for me to keep it healthy. This shampoo helps with breakage and split ends, at a reasonable price.
