Hershey's Special Dark mildly sweet chocolate is a source of anti oxidants. We got some at KMart for 79 cents and we like to cook with them.
The bar is usally $2.29 anywhere else, unless marketed as "healthy chocolate" in which case it could be $7. We stocked up and it is much more economical than baker's chocolate, and you don't have to add butter and sugar. This is very nice for pastry, pancakes, or just eating by itself.
There are companies that market "healthy chocolate" which simply means darker than milk chocolate, with flavanol antioxidants. Why pay so much money when Hershey's is equal quality, cheaper, and easier to find?
