Lockeddryer not working

I just received my new washer/dryer set. When I go to press the start button, it just beeps and the dryer doesn't start.. The light blinks. The power is definitely working.  The delivery men set it up and it worked fine before they left..HE5 SteamTM 7.5 cu. ft. Super Capacity Gas Dryer Sold by Sears
Overall Color:White  Item #: 02697721000.  There is nothing in the Troubleshooting section of the manual about it not starting.  Any idea why I'm unable to get it started?  Thank you!

I have an HE Samsung dryer that turns off by it self, changes the pre-set time and won't dry my clothes fully.  I'm not sure if something is wrong with the sensor or if there maybe another problem, is there anyone having the same problems?

The pre-set time is not etched in stone, because the dryer doesn't know how large or wet a load it has until it begins, and it doesn't know when they're dry until they're dry. So, don't pay any heed to that, as it's only a programmed estimate. Now, if you were doing timed drying, that would be different.

When you say it doesn't dry fully, what kind of garments are you talking about? What are you setting the dryness level to? How much moisture is still in the garments?

If you can please give as much detail and information as possible, it will help us troubleshoot.
