“DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - BROKE & THEY SENT ME A BROKEN USED ONE”

I bought this a little over a year ago with high hopes for relief of chronic foot discomfort.  The massager worked fine for approximately one year of regular usage but then started to fail on a numer of fronts.  First, two of the rotating metal balls stopped roatating altogether and eventually another one did not roatate properly.  Two of the balls began to separate at the seams revealing that the rotating 'metal' balls were not metal at all but rather cheap plastic with a metallic paint coating.  When I called Homedics customer service and told them the nature of the problem with the machine...

I bought this for my mother for Christmas. She has diabetes and has neuropathy in her feet. This really helped eased the pain in her feet. No messy water or cleanup. One great little machine.
