Has any one got through to the customer service line provided with the tree? We purchased one of these trees and our Sears no longer has anymore in stock.

Upon setting up the tree we found that the tree would not stop moving, in contrast to the floor model on display, which was not turning, and attempted to contact the customer service number that was included in the box. Whenever we attempted to contact that customer service line, the phone would ring and then there would be a click and ended with no sound or response on the other end.

Has anyone attempted to contact that number and gotten through?

Just to let everyone know.  I have been trying to call the customer service number for this tree that I got in 2009 for some replacement bulbs.  For the past week, I keep getting a voice message that "We are performing maintenance on our systems".  This is NOT a good sign.  I'm especially concerned since I got this tree to replace one with the GE "Constant On" standard mini bulbs.  What I learned the hard way is that the GE incandescent strings include 2 "fuse bulbs" that cannot be replaced!  The only solution is to replace the string if one of these goes out (and they do...one by one...right after the light warranty expires)!

I do not recall nor do I find any replacement bulbs in my tree box.  I got a set of GE C5 replacement bulbs and found that, as provided, they do not seem to fit this tree.  The bulbs used have a longer base than the GE bulbs.  I tried swapping out the LED's itself.  I'm pretty sure I got the polarity right, (important) but the GE LED will not light.  I also note that the C5 bulbs are rated at 3.3 volts, not the 3 volts recommended on the instruction sheet.  I don't know if this is the problem or not.  Looks like I'm going to have to take a trip to Radio Shack!

I also have been trying to contact customer service as the entire tree will not light.  I bought it in 09 and we were doing some pictures in front of it.  Some still had the tree lit and then the tree was just out.  I have tried for over a week to reach cust service and it always says system is down for maintenance.  Does anyone know if this tree goes out if 1 bulb is burnt out????  I thought it was supposed to stay lit.  Any help is appreciated.  I have a tree that wont light.(:
