    stylish, Puts out heat, Quiet, Has front handle and rear wheels, No fan, motor, or noise, Thermostat with lo and hi settings

The Holmes utility heater is not power hungry.  I have one cat that is cold from fall to spring and she loves to lie next to the heater.  It is safe for her.
