Very Warm - constant heat!!

My husband brought this heater home ... probably over a year ago - so it's going through it's 2nd year in our home; we leave it on all day and all night during the cold days.  It takes some time to get warm.. which I think is the reason we do that.  Also, note if you have kids, keep this out of the way, because it can get tipped over if bumped into hard - it makes a loud noise.. but just keeps on ticking.  I would recommend the heater - we leave it on our mantel (don't use the fireplace) - it's away from everyone - and takes the chill off... the room is pretty big about 15 x 25.. and it keeps... read full review »

The Holmes utility heater is not power hungry.  I have one cat that is cold from fall to spring and she loves to lie next to the heater.  It is safe for her.

I have owned my Bionair Utility Heater for a little over 16 months.  It works wonderful on those cold nights when I am sitting at my computer.  I don't know if it is very energy efficient, but I like it anyway.
