What a great idea.  Just the other day, we had a neighbor who needed their front door replaced immediately.  That would have been a perfect time to use the REPAIR text on Text2Call!

I will pass that along I actually work for Sears in that department thats why I asked lol.

Just to provide some feedback :) , I did text REMODEL to MYHOME but instead of having that dept call back (which was almost immediate) I answered and it was actually the VRU that called back for repairs and servicesnot a live person from SHIPS (which is the department I work in). I think that it should be a live person that would call the customer back not an automated voice system which could fustrate some customers.

Thanks for the feedback! We are still making tweaks to the program and should have the VRU issue worked out very soon.
