Really disappointed in waiting three weeks to receive parts for a Washing machine that is under Warranty. I hate going to a laundry mat-Especially since I paid for an extended warranty. I am told the earliest they will be out to fix it is Wednesday.

are they having problems get the parts or did you get the parts and they are putting you off

The good news is the parts and service will be free...

Sounds like the machine's manufacturer does not have a large supply of service parts.

Are the parts due to come to YOU or will service be bringing them out on their visit?

If they come in the mail to you, be sure to give 1-800-4MY-HOME the information of your having received the parts.
