“The RE7.6 is a lemon after only 2 years use !”

Horizon Fitness Elliptical —

Purchased the Horizon RE7.6 in Jan. 2007. First repair was done within 1 month - added washers for smoother use. We use this machine almost daily. Since then, Sears has replaced the fan/entire console once, and the magnet/movement assembly now coming up on 3 times. The old resistance of 16 now feels like 8, so using the machine has become a waste of time in terms of a satisfactory workout.The Sears techs are stumped. We'll be taking the next step to "lemon law" this turkey . Thank goodness we bought the extended warranty . If Sears won't replace this machine for us, we'll be purchasing all our appliances, etc. somewhere else .
