“It's like having an in home gym, the Elliptical and Ab lounger.”

My daughter used the elliptical on a daily basis for two years, no problem. She up graded and got one with more features, so I inherited this one. I can say it makes for a no excuse workout. I have had my Horizon Elliptical for 5 years.  It has had to be repaired 3 times and now it needs a major repair.  I was glad to have the extra warranty but now I think I would buy a better elliptical.  Also, you cant get in touch with the company and the repair company they use (I didn't buy mine...

“The RE7.6 is a lemon after only 2 years use !”

Purchased the Horizon RE7.6 in Jan. 2007. First repair was done within 1 month - added washers for smoother use. We use this machine almost daily. Since then, Sears has replaced the fan/entire console once, and the magnet/movement assembly now coming up on 3 times. The old resistance of 16 now feels like 8, so using the machine has become a waste of time in terms of a satisfactory workout.The Sears techs are stumped. We'll be taking the next step to "lemon law" this turkey . Thank goodness we bought the extended warranty . If Sears won't replace this machine for us, we'll be purchasing all our...

“This Fitness Elliptical produces fast results!”

The Fitness Elliptical has helped boast my confidence.  I have lost the weight I needed to make my self feel better.  Its a very quick and easy to use machine.  Once you get on one you wont want to get off.

“cheap”

Bought this unit and had it 1 year 2 months,I weigh 120lb and use it 3 times a week and the pedal arm broke! Called to order the new one and it cost 167.80, I paid 499.99 for the whole unit new. Will never buy a horizon product again. BEWARE

“RE7.6 GET THE WARRANTY YOU'LL NEED IT ! OVERPRICED”

Operated good for the first few months, became a little noisey, lubricated here and there. Noisey again within a month. Lubed again, so far so good, noisey again.

Further lubricating did not solve problem. Lived with the noise. . . until almost unbearable.

Called Sears, they came out and inspected. Pretty much everything needs to be replaced except the frame ! This failure was at 15 months, thankfully I purchased the 5 year warranty.

“Love it!”

I did a lot of research before I bought this machine and checked prices, etc at a lot of different stores. This machine has a lot to offer for the price. It was quick to put together and all of the pieces were there. No hassle. It is quiet and sturdy-doesn't take up a lot of space either. I would definitely recommend it.

“5 stars”

Very nice machine! So easy to put together my 13 and 19 year daughters did it in less than an hour while I was at work as a surprise! It's so quite you can use it while watching TV. The only thing I would recommend is tightening the pedals and "arms" at the joints before planning to be on it for longer periods, they tend to loosen up to the that we keep the plastic covers off for easy access. I love it!

“Love my Elliptical”

I recently purchased the RE7.6 elliptical and I'm so happy that I did. Assembly was fast and incredibly easy, I put it together alone in less than two pleasant hours. I haven't tried all of the programs yet, but movement is smooth, the machine is sturdy and very quiet. The fan has two speeds, for when you need a little extra breeze. I like the bottle holder and the book ledge features. I'm going to recommend this one to my friends. (I bought the 5-year maintenance plan just in case, no problems yet, but you never know...)

“Awesome Machine”

Got it from Sears for $199 + Tax. This machine is great. It was easy to put together. The instruction manual was very clear and parts were marked clearly. Took me an hour to assemble. Maybe will buy another if they had it in stock. Highly recommend this machine for this price.

“Great Elliptical for the money”

I have been researching ellipticals for the past few months, always leaning towards the more expensive ones. I saw that this one was on sale and read the reviews and was impressed. That same day my husband and I went to Sears to see it and try it out. Of course, all display models are not put together very well, So by going with the rating on it, we decided to purchase it and it was a great buy!. “what a great surprise”

I was ready for a battle but was so very surprised and pleased at how easy this was to put together. We just bought an outdoor gazebo and it was such an aggravation, I let my machine sit in the box for a week before I dared to open it. Just couldn't take anymore aggravation that week. It took me less that two hours to put it together all by myself. I'm a great granny...and I could do it. The instructions were so easy to understand. I'm use to the one at the gym, so I was happy at how fast I could get my heart rate up on a home machine, and it's so quiet, smooth working... love it.

“Great machine”

I agree with everyone so far, this is a great workout machine. The stride does take a little getting used to and it seems to be a little harder to use compared to other machines my wife has used. But the stride has been easy on my knees and is far superior to my treadmill. I have had it almost 2 months and 26 pounds ago. I love it!

“Great Product!”

I have done the research and compared reviews from other same priced ellipticals. The Horizon 7.6 came out on top. We picked ours up at the store,brought it home and had it put together in 1 1/2 hours. It is very quiet and smooth. I love the different programs. I have really bad knees and this machine has amazed me with how easy it is on your joints. If I can continue to use it daily then the average person will love it. You won't be sorry if you purchase this elliptical. I would buy it again.

“Great Machine!”

This machine took my husband an hour to assemble. The only thing I would tell people is that you keep having to tighten some of the connections. I think we'll try some lock-tight.... Great machine though, it is a great health investment. Enjoy!
