“Waste of Money for Mower AND service contract!”

Husqvarna 24 hp 48 in. Deck Zero Turn Riding Mower — 

As of today, this mower has 20 hours on it so it is still considered new to me. The tires leak air at the valve stems so we are constantly having to fill them and the decking will not stay in place as the metal has stripped and is worn out. We called Sears to come out for repair as our service contract requires and are now locked in a battle with them because the repair man won't touch it because he says the number on the receipt/work order doesn't match the mower! I looked online and it absolutely does match but no one will listen. I finally said I just want to return it and now it's subject to a 15% restocking fee and no refund on the $350 service contract either. I am beyond frustrated and will not be buying from Sears again.
