Picked up my mower on 6/21/10. Initial experience with Sears was very poor. Staff did not know anything about the mower. Didn't tell me that the negative battery cable was disconnected, the safety sensor for the seat was disconnected, and did not know how to run the machine. Also, there was a loose bolt on the seat that I had to tighten. Once I got through all the red tape that Sears should have done for me as the dealer, I finally got to run the mower. Very impressed. To all customers that lookin to buy something from sears. They do not stand behind there products. I purchased a lawn mower from sears in Grenada,MS, I had it for a week . I rinsed it and all the paint started comin off. I tried for a month and half, they won't fix it. There service is very crappy ,especially in Grenada,Ms. I recommend that u purchase your product from a dealer that will stand behind there product.

Great mower and well priced in comparison of other zero turns.  I have mowed 3 acres twice with it and has cut mowing time almost in half.  Easy to learn to operate and the cut looks great.  Had a 25hp Craftsman tractor for 13 years and was very happy with it but VERY glad I made the move to this zero turn!

This lawn mower is easy to use and works incredibly. Before we purchased this machine mowing the lawn was a chore that no one ever wanted to complete. Now, my family members jump at the chance to get out there and ride around. It is almost like a game. Our lawn looks amazing and is clean cut twice as often.

It was shipped to my location almost assembled.  I had to hook up the negative side of the battery and assemble the seat kill switch, but that was it.  I came from a 25 horse 60" deck tractor that cut my 2+ acres in 2 hours.  Even though the 54" deck on the husky is smaller, the turn around time has reduced the mowing time by 15 - 20 minutes.

The mower does plow through the tall grass with the deck on the highest setting with no troubles.  The 24 hp motor appears to be sized right to match the 54" deck.

I had this mower not even 1 week before I started having trouble.  The belt kept slipping off to the point that it froze the clutch.  Called for repaire and was told it would be 3 weeks until they would be out.  Have you seen what a 2.5 acre yard would look like after 3 weeks of no mowing.  Told them unacceptable.  Came in 6 days.  Bent/ loose pulley system.  Repaired, so I thought.  Worked fine for a while and then belt kept falling off.  Finally belt shredded. Got new belt (not easy to find), and put it on.  Fell off twice and then had to bend the spring tensioner pulley up to prevent...

I purchased this mower on-line and had it delivered to my home.  Delivery guys said I probably know more about the unit than they did and left.  I inserted key, after checking and noting oil was full, and no start.  Lifted seat and saw that the battery and seat switch were disconnected.  Fixed that, and still nothing, no start.  Visited Husqvarna Dealer who was helpful but couldn't tell me why it still wouldn't start.  Called Sears and scheduled a repair person.  Now I'm mad.  There were no PDI Instructions as to what else could be wrong, and I'm stuck waiting.  So I keep looking, and...

DO NOT WASTE your money on this mower. Since I purchased this mower in oct 2009, sears has been out to repair it 6 times. after the 6th time sears finally agreed to replace it. I was no dummy I choose to go with the commercial grade model. I will say that if you have 1 to 2 acres this mower may be for you. My problems included sears inability to get parts, an oil plug that sears had to cut off because it was torqed and they could not remove, no grease spindles (guess they forgot to put on) so it sweeked alot, the final straw came when sears came to service the mower for it not shutting down...

Purchased this mower in late March and have mowed twice now and it has cut my mowing time almost in half from 5 to 3 hours (mowing 4 acres). Easy to steer and manuever around objects. The large 54" deck cuts smoothly and evenly and really reduces mowing time. The 24 HP Kohler engine is powerful and so far has had no problems cutting even in high grass areas, just slow down a bit. So far, I am really impressed with this mower for the price. I researched for several months before deciding on this one. My hubby bought this mower for me and i have to say as a woman I absolutely love it! It cut my mowing time down so much! I save hours by mowing with this thing! It is easy to handle and LADIES... YOU CAN STRETCH YOUR LEGS OUT AND GET A TAN (however you will have to drive slower)! We have about five acres and it used to take me all day to mow, Now it only takes me about an hour or 2 depending on how many toys my kids have left in the yard. I have a Husqvarna chain saw and it is a great piece of equipment but this one is a bit different.  I don't like it.

Very cramped for a big guy I’m 6 foot and over 300lbs. When I got mowing with this I realized how cramped and had to use this mower is for a heavy set person. I had one of the rear wheel spindles strip out. This is the fault of who ever put on the wheels. They some how didn’t align spines and hit it with the air wrench. The control rod linkage is light weight and springy. This caused me to have starting problems. This was because when not perfectly adjusted it drags. I have had to readjust the linkage several times.
