This mower had the power that I was looking for and was in my price range, and I had a couple of people tell me that Honda motors are very reliable. It has worked perfectly for me. Mine starts very easily - I don't know what's going on with the other reviewers that have complaints about starting it....

Not very happy..

I'm not very please with this lawn mower. First, i got it running less than 10 minutes then it suddenly lose power and stopped. I brought back to Sears and exchange with the same exact one and hoping it won't have the same problem. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred. At first i thought i might... read full review »

Husqvarna 6.75 hp 21" Honda Rear Bag Push... Reviews

Displaying all 11 reviews

I took delivery of this mower (Sears Item No. 7138450) just last night. I was pretty sure I wanted a Honda engine, my brother told me he likes Husqvarna power equipment, and Sears had it on sale for $249.

After removing the shipping stickers and unfolding and securing the handle, I added the oil included with the mower - until it registered in the gridded area of the dipstick - and added gas. I set the choke and was pleasantly surprised that it fired up quickly on the first easy pull. I let the engine purr on the driveway for a minute before moving it over to the lawn for actual mowing.

On the...

Great Mower

I purchased this mower mainly because of its light weight and ease of loading into the back of my truck.  I have come to love it.  It is much easier to push than my previous Craftsman mower and is far easier to start as well.  I purchased another one for my aunt and she loves it too.  She even named her mower Santino.  It's really a good mower for $250 and with a Honda motor to boot!

I viewed the Husqvarna product was a great product but this mower did not meet my expectations.  The engine is great but the rest of the mower is less than stellar.

We are very happy with our Husqvarnalawn mower.  This Husky starts first try every time.  The bag works well and is easy to empty.  I would recommend this Huaqvarna to anyone who wants a quality, reliable lawn mower.

I was very pleased with the service we received at Sears.  It was nice to meet someone who was knowledgiable about the product and provide outstanding service.  I am so glad we chose Sears.

Good mower

After contemplating a much more expensive Husqvarna/Snapper/Toro/Honda, I stopped by Sears and picked this one up for $238 after taxes. It has a 675 B&S motor, which it's supposed to start on the first or second pull every time. If not, B&S will service or replace it. Also liked that they still made push mowers, as I do not want to mess with those finicky drive systems. Anyway, got it home, took it out, filled with oil and gas, and first pull, started. Impressed. The grass was a little bit long, so I had to empty the bag frequently. On the 4th emptying of the bag, I attempted to start the mower,... read full review »

Excellent Basic Mower

First thing I noticed about this mower was the wheels, the brackets that hold them to the mower seem to be sturdier than the craftsman mowers. Next I noticed that it had a Honda motor and I love Honda. It starts easily (my pre-teen son can start it) and it has plenty of power, it's easy to manuver and the price is right. The other reviews mentioned that it was hard to start or would start and die, it sounds tome like they did not have the gas shut off valve on the right position.

i purchased the husqvarna after researching other choices. 3 years ago i purchased a more exspensive red mower, it never started on the first 5 tries for the 3 years, after the 2nd year the back wheels boke then after the 3rd year the front wheels fell off it was a 1 handle adjustment. the hasqvarna started rite out the box with one pull was amazed, it is light to push and the power is amazing. just one thing to remember the other reviewers the front springs will fly off just like the  other readers mentioned, i noticed it was missing after the second use bit i did find it and put it back on secured....

worked fine for me

Started on the 2nd pull out of the box, then ran a little rough for about 5 seconds, then ran great, and restarted easliy, mowed the lawn in a snap. So far so good.

awful design

mower has power however at level 1 to mow it only trims an inch or 2, i don't really wish to mow it once a week when i can mow twice per month if it mows the way it should

Dissapointed

Despite this mower having only 1 good, and 1 bad review. I bought one anyway since I have other Husqvarna products that work great. Unfortunately this one was as described in the other bad review. It took 25-30 pulls to start, then would only run for a few minutes. I ended up taking it back and trading up to a Craftsman mower with a B&S motor.
