I love JC PENNEY, for me shopping on-line is what I like best. I watch for sales,free-shipping, JCP rewards and I get certificates threw out the year to use on line,too! I've been to stores in the past, but with the economy it's safer to shop on line. People are stealing from people and that all I see on the news! I'll pay ship-n-handling gladly, I do recommend this store my experiences with JCP.com are pleasent!Last edited on Dec 22, 2008
