Jeffrey Gitomer's Little Gold Book of YES! Attitude —

Everybody loves working with people with positive, Yes Attitudes. But. Most of us do not know what that means or how to develop it first in ourselves and then in those we work with.

I found this book in an airport of all places. It made me think of my own practices at work. It then gave me some ideas of how to improve the public relation skills of my secretaries and others around me. They are wonderful people but do not always know they way they come across. The yes is often hidden.

They book gives ideas on bringing it out in positive ways.
