I decided to start flying JetBlue after I had read an article about them in Consumer Reports. The magazine rated them highly, and rightly so. My mother became terminally ill and I was flying back and forth from DC to San Diego quite frequently. In the past year I flew about six times on the airline and now make it my first choice.

Check in was always fast. They still allow you two checked bags without the extra fees, which was necessary for me when I'd go on month long trips. They have started asking customers to bring their own headsets for the tv's now to cut down on trash going into landfills.... review »

I'M A TRUE BLUE FLYER OF JET BLUE AIRLINES, IT'S THE BEST AIR LINE AVALABLE FOR THE CARRIBEEN WERE I LIVE. THEY TREAT YOU WELL, THEY ARE HAPPY PEOPLE AND THEY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING. AT JET BLUE THERE NICE ON LINE OR ON THE PHONE. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR RESERVATION THEY WILL HELP YOU AT A LOW COST OR AT NO COST AT ALL. I had missed my flight, but when I got to the airport, the agent not only put me in the next flight, she even gave me a window seat! The best part was her willingness to help.
