K Mart Gift Card —

I was very impressed with the company calling me to make sure that the K Mart Gift card I purchased online was legit and my niece was thrilled that she could print it from her laptop and not have to wait for the mail. However, when she went to her local K Mart, they thought it was a fraud as they had never seen one from online and that included the Manager. She was purchasing $150 in merchandise and had to wait for someone to confirm that it could be printed and she was not a crook. The company needs to make sure all personnel are familiar with what they have to sell and all Managers of the store should know it. I would not do this again for online gift card printing.
