I purchased this for my 62 year old aunt as a Christmas gift. She had her old one for 20 years so this was a big change for her. She said that she loves it and it works perfect. She found it easy to figure out and is excited about what a 2008 microwave can doI was a bit worried since I ordered it online. With all of that shipping, I figured it was bound to have some crack or something from the travel, but NO - it came packaged perfectly. It has run without a hitch.

Good value. Works as advertised. Could only give it four stars because it is noisy. Noise is tolerable though. I am happy with the purchase.

I use a microwave for heating leftovers, melting butter, etc. Smal needs - not full meals. This microwave is great for that. It's smaller and doesn't take up much counter space. The quick touch features are very helpful.

the kenmore microwave is the first microwave i have used that heats frozen foods properly for the specified time in the directions.  it looks great, is easy to open, and is quiet

I finally got a great microwave! I had the same one for years!! and if I knew how much easier and how many more options this one had i would have done away with the other and gotten this one MONTHS ago!! I love it!!
