Kenmore 10,000 BTU Single Room Air Conditioner —

I brought this unit for my bedroom and one for my daughter's room, back when the temperature first started to hit 90 degrees, so I've had some time to get to know my unit very well!! I couldn't be more pleased with her. This is one bad girl!!! She keeps my room not cool, but COLD which is the way I like it!!! I have mine set on the timer, so when I leave out in the morning it comes back on before I arrive home from work; The Energy saver function and the fan system is a great option too, the unit kicks back on before my room get too hot (which we don't want) in addition to, being able to have the fan on Low, Medium and High while cooling. One thing people may have a problem with, (not me) is the loudness of the Fan when it is on High. Seems at times, it can drown out your T.V., especially, if your tying to cool the room down quickly, but if you can live with that (which I have no problem doing) then this is a AWESOME UNIT and I would recommend it to everybody. Also, yes, you will need two people to install and YES, do read the instructions, they help!!
