Kenmore 11,500 BTU Slider/Casement Air Conditioner —

This is our first air conditioner and we're very pleased. We ordered it 3 days before a heat wave was due. We picked it up at the Silverdale, WA store the next day with no problems. My husband installed it in less than 3 hours (he had to modify the insulated board to fit the height of our window). It's easy to operate whether by hand or with the remote. We kept cool during the week long heat wave. The A/C unit is quiet and looks nice in our combined dining/living room. Now I'm thinking of purchasing a smaller unit for the master bedroom.
