Kenmore 11,500 BTU Slider/Casement Air Conditioner —

Very quiet compared to most window A/C's if it's installed properly and this unit will cool your room quickly. I rated the quality at 4 stars due to the installation. I paid Sears do the installation and the day prior to the install, I was informed the cost would be an additional $60 on top of the $120 I was already charged. The installer then has the option to tell you the fees will be even more AND if they even want to do the install at all after they assess the situation. Thankfully, my install went smooth (just under 1.5 hours), but now, about a month later, the A/C unit rattles like crazy where the installer failed to put enough insulation between the unit and the window frame. You will love this unit if it is installed properly. Enjoy!
