“Excellent buy!!”

We had an old 5,000 BTU from my mother in our living room and another in the bedroom. We live in a one floor, one bedroom apartment. Definitely not enough BTU's for a living room and kitchen. “Very cheap build quaility!!”

Received this unit June 30,2009, the shroud was bent right out of the box and the front will barely stay on. I found cracks on the upper left curtain and the louvers are almost broke because of cheap plastic, the fresh air controller arm broke right out of the gate. “Kenmore 12,000 BTU air conditioner makes me shiver”

This Kenmore 12,000 BTU air conditioner is fantastic to cool my house down.  It saves me from running the central air all the time.  I honestly enjoy this quite a bit, but the price was a bit expensive.  This air conditioner has dripped a bit of water into my house, but that could've been my fault from not tilting it.
