Kenmore 12,000 BTU Multi-Room Air Conditioner —

Now that it is installed I am pleased with the result but the installation was difficult. There are some phillips head screws that were so tight that the removal of some and the installation of others could not be done with a regular screwdriver. I had to obtain one with a side lever for extra leverage to turn the screws. The foam strip to close the gap between the window sashes was too thin and I had to buy a thicker one. The unit is heavy but I was able to lift it into place in the cabinet by myself but I would recommend getting a friend to help with the lifting.
