“Front grill, ehh”
Kenmore 12,000 BTU Multi-Room Air Conditioner —
I bought a 10k btu unit a few years ago, and it's sad they never fixed this issue. The front grill is not the greatest in the world. The cord is so thick that it sorta prevents the front grill from attaching to the housing very well on the bottom corner. the other top snap areas don't grab very well either, and with the insulation around the opening just being slapped on instead of placed so it didn't interfere with the grill, they pop off until you get a screw in. other than that, i love the unit and wished i didn't drop scissors onto the copper coil to release the refrigerant... the replacement unit (the 12k unit i got yesterday) has the same flimsy grill :(Kenmore 12,000 BTU Multi-Room Air Conditioner
