Kenmore 12,000 BTU Multi-Room Air Conditioner — 

I purchased a 12,000 BTU multi-room unit last week and the plastic piece that forms the front grate would not snap into place. It is supposed to be held in place with one screw and four snaps, I would prefer if this were four screws and one to zero snaps. The housing seems flimsy especially after recieving shipment via UPS. I would recommend the manufacturer ship a unit to themselves and try to assemble the per instructions. On the plus side, I do have 90 days to figure out whether it gets shipped back to Sears or not.
