Kenmore 12,000 BTU Multi-Room Air Conditioner — 

We just bought this air conditioner a week or so ago, and it has been excellent. It cools the room to a perfect temperature, and is very quiet for the size of the unit and the amount of airflow that comes out of it. You can't even hear the compressor switch on or off. The fan is very powerful and the remote is very handy. Installation was a bit of a pain, but the slide-out chassis helped a lot. Overall, an excellent buy.
