“A Great Find!”

There is really nothing special about this which is why I rate it with three stars.  We have had it for about 6 months now and it does the job and toasts evenly, but to get what I would call a medium toasting, it needs to be on the #7 setting and numbers 1-5 really don't toast anything.  It also needs...

“Kenmore 2-Slice Black Toaster - great value, works great”

Decided it was time in life to actually put money into a quality toaster.  We had almost bought what was cheapest, but tired of poorly toasted bread and throw-away toasters.  Got online and examined them all - from low to high quality - from inexpensive to absurdly expensive.  Finally landed on this Kenmore.  We've been using it now for a couple months or so, and are very pleased with it.  Didn't cost an arm-and-a-leg, but works like a toaster should.  We like the variety of settings for toasting degrees, as well as being able to select for frozen or bagels (one-sided toasting).  Toasts...

“works better then expected”

This is a great toaster, no longer to light or too dark,just right.Now if I can get 10 years out of this toaster like my last one that would be great.

“Kenmore toaster #100.80003 perfect toaster thus far.”

Purchased 04/11/10, and have really enjoyed this toaster compared to other toasters we have owned.  Fast and easy to use.  Does not tear up you bread or bagels.  Wife really likes this toaster.  I like the range of adjustments, which works very well with different thicknesses of bread.

“THE KENMORE 2 SLICE TOASTER IS AS GOOD AS ANY 2 TIMES THE PRICE!”

I'M VERY PLEASED WITH MY NEW KENMORE TOASTER WITH CONTROL BUTTONS THAT ARE QUITE USEFUL AND NEEDED FOR DIFFERENT ITEMS. I HAD CHECKED ON MANY OTHER TOASTERS THAT HAVE THE SAME FEATURES BUT OVER TWO TIMES THE PRICE. I HAVE FOUND THIS TOASTER TO WORK GREAT IN EVERY WAY AND STILL AMAZED AT THE QUALITY AND SAVINGS!

“Not so great after 5 months ...”

We thought this was a great toaster too when we bought it in November, 2009. By April, 2010, only the inside burners worked. I exchanged it for a new one today May 1, 2010. We'll see how long this one holds up.

“Nice surprise!”

I had actually purchased and returned 2 different toasters at other stores before finding this gem. I read an excellent review on this Kenmore toaster in Good Housekeeping. I wasn't disappointed. I like the settings, including the reheat option. The modern look with the green lighted buttons fits well in my kitchen. The cool touch exterior is a plus. It toasts very well but perhaps a little uneven on the light settings. Don't hesitate to buy this toaster!

“doesn't toast well at all”

I bought this toaster to replace a 11+ year old Sunbeam I loved that didn't work well anymore, because this model was on sale, and am very disappointed with it. I bake bread and have to set the control to 9 and toast it twice to get any color at all. It does fine with store bought soft white bread but very badly with whole wheat homemade bread. I kept the old one, so I'll get it repaired and return this one if I can!

“Kenmores 2-slice toaster can't be beat!”

Hello! I recently purchased this toaster because my old one had broke. I picked this specific toaster because of the relative low price and it's stylish looks; likewise, it is made by a company I trust and am confident in.

As far as taosters go, it can't be beat! It makes my toast -- perfectly -- every single time. Plus, it looks awesome in my kitchen and hardly takes up any counter space. I would definatly recomment this toaster to anyone looking to purchase a new one.

“Great Toaster”

This toaster does a nice job of toasting both sides of the bread. It's taken a few attempts to figure out just how to use the defrost feature correctly but once I got the hang of it, it's a really nice feature.

“Good Toaster”

I'd been looking for a toaster for over a year & just didn't like what was out there. I saw a review in Good Housekeeping that said for the price this was a very good toaster. So I ordered it & have had no problems with it. So far I would rate this toaster worth getting.
